2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

jte9 implements age verification checks during the registration process and reserves the right to request supporting identity documentation (including a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document confirming date of birth) at any point. Where a User fails to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the period specified by jte9, the account will be suspended until verification is completed, and any pending withdrawals will be withheld.
Zero tolerance for underage gambling: Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. All deposits made to such an account will be refunded to the original payment method. Any winnings accrued on an underage account will be forfeited in full. jte9 cooperates with all appropriate authorities in relation to underage gambling incidents.

7. Account Suspension & Closure
jte9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may give rise to account suspension or closure:

- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft
- Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider
- A legally binding instruction from a relevant authority or court
- A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder
7.1 Voluntary Closure
You may close your jte9 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, jte9 will process any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any ineligible bonus amounts) to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe. Voluntary account closure does not affect any rights jte9 may have against you in respect of prior conduct in breach of these Terms.
7.2 Effect of Closure on Bonus Balances

7.3 Dormant Accounts

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jte9 and its officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the jte9 platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or betting opportunity
- Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, network outages, or force majeure events
- Errors in game display, odds presentation, or results caused by third-party software providers
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
- Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking partners)
jte9's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to jte9 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
